Circle of Security Parenting - Online
Circle of Security Parenting Program helps us parents/caregivers to:
· Be educated about our children’s developing brain & social skills;
· Reflect on our child’s emotional world by learning to read their needs;
· Support our child’s ability to successfully manage emotions;
· Enhance the development of our children’s self-esteem;
· Honour a innate desire for security and for our children to be secure.
As a parent/care-giver we will have an opportunity to self-reflect on:
· How we care for ourselves to maintain our health and wellness;
· How we were parented & how we are parenting;
· Secure relationship education using an easy model.

Post Partum Planning Circle
During this 90 min session, we will take time to educate, prepare and explore some of the things that can be helpful to consider as you prepare for your fourth trimester. Things such as changing relationships, village building, visitors and setting boundaries, nourishing your mind and body, resources and contact gathering. This session will help you focus on what’s most important to you and what will best serve you as a newly born mother.
After this 90 minute group session you will have;
Developed clear intentions for your Fourth Trimester/Post Partum period
Developed specific goals, and tasks to form a personalised action plan to support your Fourth Trimester
Identified supports and resources to develop a birth healing plan
Developed connections and support from other women also on their pregnancy/ planning Fourth trimester journey.
Postpartum Planning Circles run every monthly. Group sessions $45 each.

Do you experience Endometriosis, PCOS, PID? On the pre conception journey?
Looking to experience increased awareness within in your body & mind?
Wanting to (re)connect to your inner feminine and innate woman's wisdom?
During this 5 week course, you will experience yoga & mindfulness that is tailored for where you are at in your cycle, or your moon. By learning how to monitor your cycle and support your body at the different times of your cycle, you can create nourishing habits for your body & mind.
Change pace, and move with YOUR moon for improve health, connection & for empowered creation!
In this course you will:
-Experience a mindful & yin/yang yoga class focused on nourishing the phases of your menstrual cycle.
- Reconnect your awareness of your menstrual cycle & the phases of the moon to develop a self care practice
- Experience a process of re-connection to self, your cycle and self care rituals
- Yoga can aid your health, and also the pre-conception journey to understand your cycle, balance your hormones to feel empowered at all times of your cycle.
Perfect if you are experiencing Endometriosis, PCOS, PID, or are on your preconception, conception journey - also great if you are a woman!
Course is every Tuesday MORNING from 6.30am - 7.30am at Progress Hall, 406 Mayers St, Edge Hill (Behind Osmosis)
