Circle of Security Parenting® (COS-P)

A relationship-based program to help you feel more confident, connected, and attuned in your parenting.

Parenting is beautiful—and it’s also deeply challenging. At times, it can feel like we’re meant to just know how to respond to our child’s emotions, behaviours, and changing needs. But the truth is, parenting is a relationship we grow into—with support, compassion, and space to reflect.

Circle of Security Parenting® (COSP) is an evidence-based, internationally recognised parenting program designed to help you:

  • Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read their cues

  • Support your child’s ability to manage emotions and develop secure relationships

  • Reflect on your own responses and strengthen your connection with your child

  • Build confidence in navigating everyday parenting challenges

  • Gently explore your own experiences of being parented, and how this might shape the way you parent now

This program doesn’t give you a script—it offers a framework for making sense of your child’s needs and your own internal experience as a caregiver.
