Pregnancy can be a time of empowerment & connection to our innate women's wisdom. The ancient wisdom of yoga and breathing can help prepare you for pregnancy and birth.
In this course you will:
- Experience a pregnancy friendly yoga class that honours a woman’s mind, body & spirit during her pregnancy.
- Learn exercises and movements you can do to keep fit and healthy during pregnancy
- Learn active birth poses including labouring positions and birth preparation to empower you for childbirth
- Experience and practice breathing techniques for pregnancy, labour & motherhood
- Connect to your baby and your changing body
- Develop a connected core for better pelvic stability & positioning, reduce backpain
- Feel strong, empowered and re-connect to your innate woman's wisdom
This course is suitable for women from 12 weeks gestation and medical clearance from your Midwife/OBGYN/GP is required.
Course is held every Monday for 5 Weeks - Commencing Monday 3 February 2020 - 6.00pm - 7pm (please arrive to class 10 mins prior)
