Occupational Therapy for Women & Mothers
Because how you feel, function and care for yourself matters.
How I can support you…

Managing stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
Supporting recovery after birth or injury
Rebuilding routines, roles, and identity through life transitions
Hands-on therapy for pelvic health or physical rehabilitation
Supporting nervous system regulation and body awareness
