Occupational Therapy for Women & Mothers

Because how you feel, function and care for yourself matters.

Hi, I’m Hollie,

I’m a mum to three — two spirited daughters and one little one I carry in my heart. I’m also a Mental Health Endorsed Occupational Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator. I support women and mothers through the often messy, meaningful transitions that shape our lives — menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, motherhood, menopause, and the emotions that come with them: anxiety, depression, overwhelm, grief, illness, burnout, and the deep identity shifts in between.

My approach blends body-based (bottom-up) practices with trauma-informed (top-down) perspectives, grounded in the context of matrescence and neurobiological approaches. Alongside my own lived experiences of mothering, I weave clinical knowledge with compassion and attunement — creating space for your story, your values, and your needs.

As an Occupational Therapist, I offer a practical and holistic way of working that considers your everyday life — how you care for yourself, how your roles and routines are shifting, and what truly matters to you. Together, we make sense of what’s feeling hard, explore how your body and emotions are responding, and support you to reconnect with your sense of self.

You don’t have to fix everything or be anyone other than who you are right now. This is a place to pause, feel seen, and be supported — in your body, your relationships, and your daily life.
