Whether you're a student, early-career OT, or a seasoned clinician seeking to expand your scope, this evolving list is here to support you in finding learning pathways that align with your values, interests, and clinical goals.
By sharing this, I hope to foster a strong, well-supported network of professionals who are equipped to meet the needs of mothers and families with compassion, skill, and integrity.
Supporting mothers and birthing people—especially within complex systems and emotionally charged environments—requires space for reflection, integration, and growth. Supervision is not just about clinical guidance; it’s a place to nourish your practice, reconnect with your intentions, and deepen your capacity to hold space for others.
I offer individual and group supervision for occupational therapists and allied health professionals who are working in, or moving into, perinatal, maternal, and women’s health. These sessions can be ad-hoc, short-term for specific support, or long-term as a regular space for clinical reflection and professional sustainability.
Supervision and mentoring can explore:
Reflective practice and practitioner identity
Navigating complex perinatal presentations
Trauma-informed and somatic approaches in OT
Case formulation and clinical reasoning
Maternal mental health and matrescence
Embodiment, boundaries, and emotional safety
Integrating theory, training, and intuitive practice
Building a values-aligned practice in maternal health
Support you as you apply for your Endorsement for Better Access to Mental Health
Sessions are grounded in a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and woman-centred lens, with spaciousness for both clinical and emotional processing.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore this work or have been walking alongside mothers for years, supervision is a space to feel supported, resourced, and connected to the meaning and impact of your work.
