Mindful Pregnancy Yoga

Mindful Pregnancy Yoga
A gentle series to support body connection, calm, and confidence during pregnancy.

This short prenatal yoga course was lovingly recorded during the quiet, reflective time of COVID lockdowns. It includes a couple of accessible yoga classes and a selection of supportive resources to help you reconnect with your body, settle your nervous system, and prepare for the transitions of pregnancy and birth.

Designed with safety, sensitivity, and the unique needs of pregnancy in mind, this offering blends mindful movement, breath practices, and gentle somatic tools to invite ease, presence, and connection—both with yourself and your growing baby.

Return to your body. Honour the changes. Move gently through pregnancy.

Hollie Swanton

Hi, I’m Hollie — yoga teacher, Occupational Therapist, and mum to two spirited girls. With over 15 years’ experience supporting women through life’s transitions, I bring a gentle, trauma-aware approach that blends yoga, somatic practice, and occupational therapy.

My own journey into motherhood cracked me open and reshaped the way I work. This course draws from what I’ve lived and what I’ve learned — an offering to help you come home to your body, honour your matrescence, and move through this season with compassion and connection.

Course FAQ

  • This course is for pregnant women from 12 weeks onward, up until birth. The information and resources here will provide you with some yoga classes, practical tools for your breath and to prepare your body for birth.

  • Not at all. Many women come to find yoga for the first time when pregnant. This class is suitable for beginners, and also if you have yoga experience.

  • I understand how it feels to have a full life when pregnant and as a mother. Each week is designed to be modular, you can dip in and out as needed. There are a variety of times for each practice and you can return to them anytime. This is about finding space for nourishment and connection, not pressure.

  • Whilst I am a registered Occupational Therapist, this course is not a substitute for one-on-one therapy or sessions. It offers some therapeutic tools and somatic practices and reflective prompts, grounded in evidence base, but does not replace individualised care.

  • There is no time limit to access to the materials. One time purchase and you have access for as long as this website is functioning.
