Join in this face to face, 3 hour discovery into the pregnant pelvic floor to learn how you can manage your pelvic floor in pregnancy and develop a plan for your post partum.

Learn ways to nourish and support your body for an active pregnancy and birth
Experience a nourishing pregnancy yoga practice focused on deep relaxation, breath awareness and connection to your baby
Take home exercises to support your pelvic floor during pregnancy
Prepare your plan for post-birth recovery
