Unsure if you are doing "the exercises" correctly?

Curious about what you can/can't do after childbirth?

Already feeling a little different, "down there"?

Join in this face to face, 3 hour discovery into the pregnant pelvic floor to learn how you can manage your pelvic floor in pregnancy and develop a plan for your post partum.

This workshop is for you, if you want to:

  • Demystifying the changes to your pelvic floor during pregnancy & post-partum

  • Learn ways to nourish and support your body for an active pregnancy and birth

  • Experience a nourishing pregnancy yoga practice focused on deep relaxation, breath awareness and connection to your baby

  • Take home exercises to support your pelvic floor during pregnancy

  • Prepare your plan for post-birth recovery
