Circle of Security Parenting - ONLINE - Term 3, 2025
A relationship-based program to support you in raising emotionally secure, resilient children.
As parents and caregivers, we all want to raise children who feel secure, confident, and loved. But parenting doesn’t come with a manual — and many of us are navigating this role while holding our own complex histories, emotions, and daily challenges.
The Circle of Security Parenting™ Program offers a compassionate and evidence-based approach to understanding your child’s emotional world. Rooted in decades of attachment research, this internationally recognised program helps parents make sense of their child’s behaviour, build stronger connections, and feel more confident in responding to their needs.
What You'll Learn
Through six guided sessions, you’ll gain insight into:
Your child’s developing brain and social-emotional needs
How to understand and respond to your child’s behaviour beneath the surface
Tools to help your child manage big feelings with confidence
Supporting your child’s self-esteem and growing independence
Creating a secure base and safe haven — emotionally and physically — for your child to return to
A Space for You, Too
This program also gently invites you as the parent or caregiver to reflect on:
How you care for your own well-being in the demands of everyday life
How your own childhood experiences shape your parenting
The power of self-compassion, repair, and reflection in creating secure relationships
You don’t need to get it right all the time. You just need to be present, curious, and open to learning alongside your child.
