I help women & mothers to

Reclaim

      your body & mind

Restore

meaning in your roles & routines

Reimagine

your sense of self in everyday life

Because motherhood — and life’s big changes — don’t come with a manual.

And sometimes, you just need support from someone who truly gets it.

Are you a mum feeling overwhelmed, spread too thin, or unsure where you went in all of this?

Has your body changed, and you're finding it hard to feel at home in it?

Are changes in your relationships feeling hard or leaving you disconnected?

How could making space for you - help you do what you need & want to do?

Hi, I’m Hollie.

I’m a Mum of 2 spirited daughters, a Mental Health Endorsed Occupational Therapist and Yoga Teacher offering body-based, relational support for women and mothers navigating life’s big transitions — from matrescence and identity shifts to emotional load, burnout, and recovery.

My work blends occupational therapy with trauma-informed, attachment-focused, neurobiological and developmental perspectives. I support you to feel more connected — in your body, your roles, and your relationships — using practical, compassionate strategies informed by matrescence, nervous system education, pelvic wellbeing, and perinatal/infant and maternal mental health.

This is about reclaiming parts of yourself that feel lost, restoring trust in your body and rhythms, and reimagining how you want to live, mother, and care —everyday. Together, we can explore your unique needs to create practical, personalised strategies that support your emotional and physical wellbeing, so you can thrive as a woman and a mother in all your complexity.

Occupational Therapy for Women & Mothers

Because how you feel, function and care for yourself matters.

What we might explore together:

  • How you nourish, rest, and meet your everyday needs

  • The impact of stress, overwhelm, or disrupted sleep and movement

  • Your nervous system’s responses to change, trauma, or transition

  • How your roles and routines shape your identity and energy

  • Navigating co-occupations with your baby, children, or loved ones — like feeding, soothing, play, and connection

  • Making space for grief, rage, joy, and all that feels in between

  • Recovery after birth, illness, injury, or emotional rupture

  • Reconnecting with your body, values, and sense of self

  • Reclaiming time, care, and trust in yourself

  • Moving toward what matters most — even when it feels hard

Is this for you?

This space might be for you if;

  • you need guidance to navigate a season of change, challenge or reconnection

  • want support that honours your story, body and emotional world.

How I can support you…

My areas of focus & support include

  • Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or in the thick of early parenting, this support focuses on your emotional wellbeing, parent-infant connection, and support for co-occupations. We can explore how shared activities like feeding, soothing and play are built on mutual connection - and rebuilding these when they feel hard.

  • Guidance and compassionate support through the developmental process of becoming (and re-becoming) a mother. Support can include addressing identity shifts, emotional adjustment, body reconnection to help you embrace this new chapter with confidence and self compassion.

  • Understand your stress responses and sensory needs so you can feel more calm, rested, and in control in your daily life. Support includes routines around sleep, meals, and self-care — tailored to your nervous system.

  • Utilising a range of sensory, trauma informed, emotional regulation and eating disorder approaches alongside HAES principles to help you reconnect with your body through meaningful activities, fostering healthier habits and self awareness.

  • Support for general movement, fatigue, sleep, continence, and intimate occupations — helping you reconnect with your body and feel more at ease in daily life. This includes care for pelvic pain, periods, perimenopause, and the physical impacts of life transitions.
