I help women & mothers to
Reclaim
your body & mind
Restore
meaning in your roles & routines
Reimagine
your sense of self in everyday life
Because motherhood — and life’s big changes — don’t come with a manual.
And sometimes, you just need support from someone who truly gets it.
Are you a mum feeling overwhelmed, spread too thin, or unsure where you went in all of this?
Has your body changed, and you're finding it hard to feel at home in it?
Are changes in your relationships feeling hard or leaving you disconnected?
How could making space for you - help you do what you need & want to do?
Hi, I’m Hollie.
I’m a Mum of 2 spirited daughters, a Mental Health Endorsed Occupational Therapist and Yoga Teacher offering body-based, relational support for women and mothers navigating life’s big transitions — from matrescence and identity shifts to emotional load, burnout, and recovery.
My work blends occupational therapy with trauma-informed, attachment-focused, neurobiological and developmental perspectives. I support you to feel more connected — in your body, your roles, and your relationships — using practical, compassionate strategies informed by matrescence, nervous system education, pelvic wellbeing, and perinatal/infant and maternal mental health.
This is about reclaiming parts of yourself that feel lost, restoring trust in your body and rhythms, and reimagining how you want to live, mother, and care —everyday. Together, we can explore your unique needs to create practical, personalised strategies that support your emotional and physical wellbeing, so you can thrive as a woman and a mother in all your complexity.

Occupational Therapy for Women & Mothers
Because how you feel, function and care for yourself matters.
What we might explore together:
How you nourish, rest, and meet your everyday needs
The impact of stress, overwhelm, or disrupted sleep and movement
Your nervous system’s responses to change, trauma, or transition
How your roles and routines shape your identity and energy
Navigating co-occupations with your baby, children, or loved ones — like feeding, soothing, play, and connection
Making space for grief, rage, joy, and all that feels in between
Recovery after birth, illness, injury, or emotional rupture
Reconnecting with your body, values, and sense of self
Reclaiming time, care, and trust in yourself
Moving toward what matters most — even when it feels hard

Is this for you?
This space might be for you if;
