Initial Assessments + Standard sessions

New clients: Initial appointments take 75 - 90mins.

Please complete the intake form prior to your first appointment.

Returning clients: Sessions are 60mins.

NDIS supports

Hollie can provide supports for NDIS participants. If you have a support coordinator, please ask them to complete this Service request form

Hollie offers a 15-20min connection call to discuss your needs, should you need to determine if we are a good fit.

Mental Health Care Plans

GP Mental Health Care Plans are accepted.

Gap fees apply on a sliding scale pending on income, concession status.

Bulk Billing Perinatal services. Several spots available per week, managed by the Gidget Foundation - you can request Hollie specifically, should an OT approach be preferred.

Professional OT Supervision

Hollie can provide one-off debrief, or ongoing supervision sessions.

Hollie can provide professional supervision, should you require a supervisor for applying for Medicare Endorsement.
