Hello and welcome,

I’m Hollie, an occupational therapist, yoga teacher, and mother of 2 daughters, who is passionate about women stepping into their full potential and thriving in life. As an Occupational Therapist, my skills support women across their adult lives to connect with their emotions, tune into their body and gain clarity about their values, direction and desires in life. I support women to navigate the changes and challenges to their mind and body through life transitions, such as pregnancy, motherhood, menopause. When we are in tune with our mind and body, we can develop our awareness and agency to engage meaningfully in life.

Women’s Wellbeing | The Gathering Place

Hollie is also the founder of The Gathering Place - a collaborative between Hollie Swanton OT and Cairns Pregnancy Yoga.

The Gathering Place is for events, workshops and group yoga classes.

Hollie provides weekly Pregnancy Yoga classes on Tuesdays in Cairns. SIGN UP HERE
